Jourdain L. Damas

FOUNDER

Jourdain has served as Financial Consultant and investment team Analyst at UBS Financial Services. There, he was responsible for overseeing relationships and endowment investments for some of the firm’s preeminent Washington, DC-based nonprofit clients.  He developed customized portfolio solutions for client endowment funds, focusing on beta and unsystematic risk while adding alpha through quantitative model strategies.  He has led teams in research and quantitative analysis, risk management strategies, assessing target investments and equity research. Jourdain holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, M.S. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and MBA from Villanova University. Contact Jourdain Damas

Jack Xue

PRINCIPAL

Jack completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in mathematics/economics, and minoring in statistics. He recently obtained his M.S. in Applied Economics with concentration in Financial Economics from the Johns Hopkins University. He has over 5 years of advanced analytics experience in the media/advertising/entertainment industry. He has worked directly and extensively with clients in the automotive, hospitality, film, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and education verticals. His professional areas of emphases include market mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, reporting creation/visualization/automation, and new business acquisition.
